WebAug 1, 2015 · On my secondary monitor I like to do everything else such as web browsing, graphic design, etc. My problem is that so-far on Windows 10, when I open a program (such as MS Edge) and move it to my secondary monitor and close it, it re-opens on the primary monitor.
