WebOk I've turned off motion blur a million times, saved it and started the game. I noticed it didn't turn off, and it says "custom" under motion blur settings. It just doesn't turn off. I've even tried it through the command consol and all the variatons say "unknown command" like r_MotionBlur 0, r_MotionBlur0, r_MotionBlur=0 and r_MotionBlur = 0.
