In the console tree under User Configuration, expand the Preferences folder, and then expand the Windows Settings folder. WebAs long as the folder is not changed or deleted there is no reason to make Group Policy check on it again. Go to the Common tab and check the box for "Apply once and do not reapply". If you ever want to update this folder you will need to uncheck that box, hit the Apply button, then recheck the box, and hit the OK button.
