She has workouts that include both a warm up and a stretch, workouts that just have a stretch and workouts that have neither. But, don’t fret! She also has warm ups and stretches you can use as add ons. WebI am disabled and so am home pretty much all day every day and thus go barefoot probably 23 hours a day, 7 days a week. I workout 6 days a week, 45-60 minutes a day, rotating between running, body combat, barre, sh'bam, weight lifting and high intensity cardio. I wear minimalist sneakers when I run and am barefoot when I do anything else.
