I didn't contact Lego as more often than not I end up with extra pieces, and as luck would have it I had those extra from another set. If I didn't have those pieces on hand I probably would have called Lego for the missing pieces.

If you order 10 of this and 10 of that and 10 of something else and so on, then the individual lots will be sorted and bagged. Remember also that lego PAB online will put all parts in one bag, no matter what you order.
